Fat Free Lo-Cal Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients you will need  per serving:

4 oz. boneless skinless white chicken breast

1/2 fresh romaine heart cut lenghwise then chopped

1 cup chopped fresh baby spinach

1/4 cup cucumber sectioned lenghwise into spears then skin removed

fresh Italian Parsley to garnish

1-2 tbsp. Walden Farms Ranch Dressing-no carbs, sugar, or fat!

6 grape tomatoes

1 tbsp. non-fat feta cheese (optional)

1/8 tsp. lemon pepper

1/4 tsp. dried basil

kosher salt and pepper to taste

To prepare (cook chicken before hand and chill):

Pan sear chicken breast until done with salt and pepper and basil. Chill until
cold. Shred chicken.

Lightly toss 1-2 tbsp. Ranch dressing with romaine, spinach, and cucumber-just
enough to lightly coat the salad. Serve with chicken, tomatoes, and garnish on
top. Done!
