Grilled Brussell Sprouts with Roasted Garlic and Rosemary

Grilled Brussell Sprouts with Roasted Garlic and Rosemary

 

Ingredients you’ll need: Serves 4-8

1-2 lbs. fresh brussel sprouts-blanched for 5 minutes, chilled in cold water, then each one sliced in half lengthwise

3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2-3 cloves fresh garlic-minced

2-4 fresh sprigs of rosemary-oven roasted to dry and then chopped

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

 

How to prepare:

Over medium-high heat, add olive oil and place the brussel sprouts face down in a grill pan. Grill for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and rosemary. Grill another 5 minutes. Toss the brussel sprouts to turn a few times. Grill another 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
