Ginger Beef Bok Choy

Ingredients you’ll need per serving:
4 oz. Skillet Steak-thin blade
2 cups chopped Bok Choy
2 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup slice sweet onion
2 scallions sliced
2 button mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup fresh ruff chopped cilantro
2 tsp. fresh grated ginger root
3/4 tsp. Bragg Amino Acids
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup water
dash of garlic powder
kosher salt and fresh group pepper to taste

How to prepare:
Pan sear steak over med-hi heat with garlic powder, salt and pepper until medium. Set aside. Deglaze pan with rice wine vinegar. Add water, garlic, ginger, onion, Bok Choy, mushrooms, Bragg Amino Acids and simmer. Slice steak into bite sized thin strips and add to pan. Simmer on low heat just until Bok Choy is al dente. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Done!
