Asian Chicken Butter Lettuce Wraps ( these are less than 200 calories per serving!)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients you’ll need per serving:

4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
¼ cup chopped water chestnuts
1 tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
2 tbsp. Chopped fresh sweet onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh collard greens
½ cup chopped fresh green cabbage
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
fresh squeezed lime juice -1/2 of a lime

Spices: Chinese 5 spice, ground cumin, Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Splash of Bragg Amino Acids
¼ cup fresh chopped green onion
4 large leaves of Boston Butter lettuce-washed, dried and chilled

Directions:

Pan sear the chicken breast with spices. Remove chicken and add ½ cup water to deglaze the pan. Add Bragg Amino Acids, water chestnuts, collard greens, cabbage. Chop chicken and add back to the pan. Simmer until vegetables are aldente. Add the fresh squeezed juice of 1 lime. Spoon the mixture over the Boston Butter lettuce. Garnish with the fresh cilantro and scallions. Done!
